Most women begin to experience meaningful shifts within a minimum of four sessions, which gives us the time and space to understand your concerns, create a personalized practice, refine it, and support the early layers of change. Some may need fewer sessions, but four is typically the point where the work becomes integrated and sustainable.

Our first session is a spacious, compassionate conversation about what you’re experiencing — emotionally, physically, or both.
We explore what you feel is your most pressing concern now, your history, your lifestyle, and what you're hoping will feel different. This helps us identify the best entry point for your healing without rushing or overwhelming you..
🌿 Session 2: Personalized Practice Design
Based on what we uncover, I create a simple practice tailored specifically to you. This may include breathwork, mindful movement, guided relaxation, or meditation — chosen intentionally to support your nervous system and daily life.
You’ll receive clear guidance and optional video or audio support to use for your practice between sessions.
🌿 Session 3: Refinement & Integration
We revisit your practice to see how it’s landing in your real life. What felt supportive? What felt challenging? What needs adjusting?
Together, we refine and shape the practice so it feels natural, doable, and aligned with the shifts you're experiencing
🌿 Session 4 & Beyond: Support, Evolution, and Confidence
Most women continue through at least four sessions, as this is where the work begins to take root. Your nervous system steadies, your practice becomes familiar, and subtle but meaningful change emerges.
From there, we follow your pace. Some continue for ongoing support, while others feel ready to move forward independently with their personalized practice. The path is always flexible and guided by your goals.
