Every woman who comes to yoga therapy arrives with her own story — so our work begins by understanding what feels most present for you right now. In our first session, we explore your concerns, your history, and what you’re hoping to feel or experience in your daily life. This isn’t an evaluation; it’s a conversation that sets the foundation for truly individualized support.
From there, each session builds gently on the last. We focus on the area that feels most important, while allowing other layers to soften naturally as your nervous system steadies and your body shifts. You’ll receive 1–2 simple, tailored practices to support you between sessions — nothing overwhelming, just grounded steps that meet your life as it is. Your plan evolves as you do, giving you space to heal, grow, and reconnect with yourself at a sustainable pace.

Stress and anxiety can quickly creep into your day unnoticed, well before you realize they have taken over. And just like that, you are drained, impatient, and emotionally reactive. And as busy women, we don’t have time for that. So what’s a girl to do?
A girl can do some yoga! Yoga is a fantastic way to relax mentally and physically. You’ll gain flexibility, loosen muscle tension, and improve your mood. When you feel disconnected from yourself or your feelings, yoga can reconnect your mind, body, and spirit. I am a registered 200-hour yoga instructor on the educational and experiential path to becoming a yoga therapist. I teach mindful, slow-flow yoga that infuses yoga philosophy and inspirational themes in each class.

Prepare for Surgery / Heal Faster
Psychotherapist and Harvard Divinity School graduate Peggy Huddleston developed this 5-step mind-body technique. This program is a beautiful addition to your healing process by using relaxation, guided imagery, and healing statements shared with your surgeon and anesthesiologist. Having trained personally with Peggy, I will expertly guide you each step of the way on your path to healing.
Energy Healing
Integrated Energy Therapy was developed by Steven J.Thayer, founding director of the Center of Being, Inc., to release blocked energy patterns in the body from past experiences, allowing you to move forward in the present and future with clarity, renewed energy, and empowerment. This is a gentle technique that is incredibly calming and effective in stress reduction.
