A quiet place to land in the middle of a loud world
There are moments when the body and nervous system simply need a pause. Not another thing to do, fix, or figure out—but a place to soften, settle, and let go.
Rest & Restore is an intentionally designed experience rooted in the principles and tools of yoga therapy. It’s offered as supportive care for this moment in time—when many people are feeling overstimulated, fatigued, or quietly overwhelmed.
This is not personalized, ongoing yoga therapy, but it draws directly from yoga therapy practices and is offered with the same care, presence, and intention.
What to expect
Each 75-minute Deep Rest session includes:
Very gentle movement to release held tension and invite relaxation
(no experience needed—this is accessible to everyone)Breathwork to calm anxiety and support nervous system settling
Guided meditation to support deep rest and integration
Light, intuitive energy healing touch, offered only with consent, to support balance and ease
There is no effort required—just an openness to rest.

Session formats
Deep Rest is offered in a few different ways, depending on what feels most supportive:
Private (1:1) sessions ( $150)
Semi-private sessions (2 people) ($95 per person)
Small group sessions (3–5 people) ( $65-$75)
Sessions are available in person at Medfield Yoga Studio, scheduled at a time that works for both of us, or over Zoom if you’d prefer to be at home.
In-studio sessions include the use of props and time afterward for a slow transition, with calming hot tea offered.
